What we do with a survey request.

If you use the form on this site, we ask for your name, email, telephone number, town, property type, and a note about the roof. We use those details to reply and, if you want us to, to arrange a survey. We do not add you to a mailing list.

The message is sent by email through Resend, who process it on our behalf so it can reach the workshop inbox. The reply-to address is the email you give us, so we can answer you directly.

We keep survey correspondence as ordinary business records: while a job is being considered, and for as long as we need it if the work goes ahead. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquires@harrisroofingiow.com or writing to The Workshop, Medina Yard, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 7PG.

The form includes a hidden field that people do not fill in. If that field is completed, we treat the submission as automated and do not email it. We also limit how many notes one connection can send in a short period.
